This week, the Sarasota SpeaX crew sits down with Jeff Houser, owner of Jacked Panda Prep To Go, and bodybuilder.  Jeff began his professional career as a culinary trained chef, and has brought that passion to the world of prepped food.  The guys also jump into his passion for fitness, and what made him decide to jump into the world of professional bodybuilding in his 40’s.
