Hey Coach this is the second episode in the three part underdog series… 

Now that you know who you are trying to compete with and trying to prepare for… 

You fully realize the gap in talent, and/or skill, and or experience…

We can finally game plan how to best close that gap so we can compete!

You first learn what their style of play is. Do they want to run and score, score, score? Do they want to slow it down and keep the score low?

Those are two of the four strategies a team can implement. The other two are playing physical and playing in space.

The secret is this… When the more talented team has an established style and preference… the question we need to focus on is… “How can we FORCE them into playing a style that contrasts what they want to do on the court?

Because there are two ways to win when you get right down to it.

#1 You can win with Superior Talent that has a “Good Enough” Strategy

#2 You can with with a Superior Strategy with just “Good Enough” Talent
