She specializes in guiding people through transformational processes drawing upon her training in breath work mastery, life coaching, yoni mapping therapy, tantric bodywork and sacred sexuality, yoga and conscious birth.
She is also a trained doula.
So not only do we get to hear about her first and only home birth at 40 years old, but also her rich wisdom as a doula in the birth space.
