The Chicago Police Department has been under scrutiny over the past several years for pulling hundreds of thousands drivers over for low-level traffic violations.
Most were Black and Latino drivers.
A WBEZ analysis finds CPD traffic stop data shows a significant decrease in the volume of stops this year, but questions remain.
