Even as a physical therapist with access to multiple traditional treatments, she found that nothing worked until she discovered myofascial release. Fifteen years later, Mary is still skiing and has avoided invasive treatments. She discusses how she learned to trust her intuition and ability to engage in effective self-treatment.
