In this episode we explore how you can use love and awareness to expand and alchemize during times of unconsciousness, ego, and patterning. We divide this into 3 phases of bringing awareness to an unconscious pattern either after, during, or before the pattern and discuss how you can use all of these moments as powerful catalysts for growth.
What if it’s not about NOT doing the unconscious thing, but rather about doing the unconscious thing WITH conscious awareness, non judgement, and love? Join us as we share what we have learned in practicing this radical form of consciousness expansion and healing.
