Today's episode is SOOO dang good. I was totally geeking out over all the GOLD Jessika Brown shared about the skill and art of listening. She introduced me to a concept called Motivational Interviewing and Reflection. Basically, a skill set we can use as podcasters, online business owners, moms, wives, and friends to help our clients and loved ones feel seen, heard, and validated.

This modality for communication also allows us to find solutions easier by actually (wait for it)...LISTENING. Haha! I'm so here for this.
