Citizens Against Wind Turbines in Lake Erie is a community group that has been fighting for years a proposal to put wind turbines in the waters of Lake Erie. A recent incident where an off-shore turbine spread debris across beaches in Nantucket has prompted the group to hold a rally Wednesday afternoon. State Senator Pat Gallivan will be there.
