Dan is an author, journalist and teacher who has been the director of the Writing and Publishing Department at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School in Midland, PA, since 2006. His writing about music and politics has appeared in The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Newsweek, The Village Voice, Alternative Press, Esquire.com and National Review Online.

In Liberty Lions, Dan LeRoy recounts how American Christians overcame widespread prejudice against “popery” to make some of the most important contributions to our cherished freedoms in "Liberty's Lions." Dan and John also get into some conversations around the impact of faith and sacrifice with navigating the COVID times.
