Steve Hodgson is the Founder of Share Coaching & Consulting and the host of the Share Podcast, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals through the inspiring stories, insights and experiences of his guests. With nearly two decades of experience as a real estate agent and business owner, Steve understands the debilitating effects of burnout, including depression, anxiety, and fatigue. His own wellness journey, often resembling a rollercoaster ride, fuels his passion for helping others navigate their struggles and potentially prevent them. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Steve collaborates with individuals and organisations to implement the benefits of Mental Health First Aid accreditation. He is dedicated to increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma in workplaces and communities.
