Friday afternoon, Governor Jim Justice announced that he was instructing the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection and the Division of Natural Resources to pause there plans regarding a mitigation and draining of Turkey Run Lake just north of Ravenswood. Tom Susman takes a look at the recent letter issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers regarding the project, Ravenswood Mayor Josh Miller's desire for a public hearing on the project and what the information provided by the state Department of Commerce said about the Governor's actions.
