Hungary, we're told, is run by an incorrigible authoritarian, Viktor Orban, who hasn't helped his popularity with the Western intelligentsia by seeking an end to the war in Ukraine. We're joined by Gladden Pappin, president of the Hungarian Institute for International Affairs, who says that when he settled his family in Hungary several years ago they discovered that Western reporting on the country had been nothing but lies.
