The Orioles have had the All-Star break to rest up and Mark really hopes that is the cure for what was ailing the offense. In this episode, looking back at the strengths and the weaknesses over the first half of the season, before turning to what the O's need to get by the trade deadline. For Mark, that's a #2 (or maybe 3) starting pitcher and a setup man who can fill in the 9th inning. Mark surveys some of the interesting trade options and also some of the underwhelming ones.
