Harvey Pratt is a Cheyenne-Arapahoe Chief, who served 51 years in law enforcement in the state of Oklahoma (most of that time in OSBI). Harvey is also a fantastic artist who's name became the stuff of legends when he used his artistic skills to help capture wanted criminals from his forensic drawings. Harvey has interviewed hundreds of Native Americans who've had encounters with Sasquatch, trying to gain a new understanding of Native American thought on this key topic.
