She transitioned, from her role as an Executive Leader for the Garber Automotive Group; an incredibly successful privately-owned organization that operates 16 franchise dealerships and over 25 Independent Operations into the Director of Dealer Performance role within the Cardinale Group of Companies. The Cardinale Group operates 19 retail locations and is recognized as the #1 Wards e-Dealer in North America. Bobbie now serves both Dealers and Vendors as the CEO & Founder of “The Bees Knees Agency”, a premier Automotive Operations Training and Consulting Agency with an emphasis on CRM, High Performance Culture, Leadership, Lead Conversion, Process Improvement and Digital Marketing. She is also a very popular presenter at numerous conferences including Digital Dealer, the World Shopper Conference, Women in Automotive and Driving Sales, a guest lecturer at Northwood University, and a named winner of the Automotive News “40 Under 40” award.
