Retired Secret Service Agent Chuck Brewster joins us today to give us the "lay of the land" Secret Service agents faced Saturday in Pennsylvania. We all know that Secret Service shooters took out an attempted assassin after a shot he took almost killed former President Donald Trump. Chuck gives us the lay of the land regarding processes used to protect Donald Trump. His explanations are enlightening but illustrate that maybe this Secret Service did not have the resources necessary to stop that shooter. Federal Judge Cannon in Florida terminated the "Documents Mar-A-Lago" case against Donald Trump. Further, Judge Cannon ruled that Special Counsel Jack Smith was NOT appointed according to federal law! That means his actions taken against Donald Trump will NOT stand. Further, unless an appeal -- which is certain to be filed -- restarts Smith's ability to move on in Trump prosecutions, the case against Trump pending in Washington, D.C. will NOT happen!
