🚨Whistleblowers have filed a complaint with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission against OpenAI, alleging the company illegally prevented employees from alerting regulators about potential risks of its technology

According to a seven-page letter sent to the SEC commissioner, OpenAI made employees waive their rights to whistleblower compensation and required company consent before disclosing information to authorities. The agreements also lacked exemptions for reporting securities violations to the SEC.
