אַלֶע אִידִישׁעֶ עֶלטעֶרן
All Jewish parents
וועֶלכעֶ בּאַדאַרפעֶן האָבּעֶן אַ סְפּעֶצִיעֶלעֶ יְשׁוּעָה אוּן הַצָּלָה פאַר זֵייעֶרעֶ קִינְדעֶר
who require special deliverance and salvation for their children
אִיז דעֶר זִיכעֶרסטעֶר מִיטעֶל צוּ שְׁטִיצעֶן תּוֹרָה לעֶרנעֶר.
[should know that] the most reliable means [to secure this] is to support those who study Torah.
