Description
Project Phoenix was a dastardly program during the Vietnam War. It fused MKULTRA, torture, using citizens as guinea pigs and ultimately murder and for what? Documents reveal that those who perpetrated this program went against the Geneva Code knowingly and didn't care. It was all to win "hearts and minds" and to further "democracy".
Are these same tactics being used currently and if so against whom? Let's look into Project Phoenix and it's ongoing affects!
