Paul Swartz is Senior Economist and executive director at BCG. He co-leads the Center for Macroeconomics at the BCG Henderson Institute in New York. They have recently published a new book, 'Shocks, Crises, and False Alarms: How to Assess True Macroeconomic Risk'.
