So I planned a visit with my best friend who lives in another state, I haven’t seen her in 3 years. The last time I saw her I took my husband with me even though that trip was supposed to be me going by myself but he wanted to come with me, so it’s no problem I said come on with me. Although I told her that he was coming along she was taken back but ultimately fine because he’s my “husband “ ( she’s single), So anyway this time around I tell him that I want to go visit her without him, he says to me what if I say NO? I replied that I will consider his feelings but that I will probably still fly out to see her because I haven’t seen her in 3 years and it’s time for us to get a visit in. He said that I was being very disrespectful towards him and that I need to be single because I am acting like I am single. He goes to visit his friends without me as much as he wants and I never tell him that I don’t want him to go, I can’t go anywhere without him and now he’s very upset with me. Am I really being a disrespectful wife or is he being selfish and not concerned about my feelings and throwing a fit because he wants to control me? Help me to understand please 🙏🏽
