Come join me for a sensual mirror work dance class where we will dance to the sensual sounds of konpa/kompa that come from Haiti 🇭🇹
We will be looking into the mirror at ourselves to connect deeper to ourselves and affirming who we are.
This class comes with the optional small microdose of 🍄 so you can open up your heart to yourself.
