Ep 6: Do Less & Attract More: Normalising Self Nourishment

Episode 6 Published 4 years, 7 months ago
Description

There’s that quote we see floating around social media “your dreams won’t work unless you do”

While there’s some obvious truth to that statement - I don’t believe that we have to sacrifice our well-being in order to achieve what we want.

Some of the most abundant and beautiful manifestations and outcomes have occurred in my life as a result of rest.

Self-nourishment is my secret life hack!

Do you worry about what might happen if you stepped back and slowed down? Would you still achieve? Would your manifestations arrive?

Have you got all of the tools and 'know how' but you find it hard to prioritize yourself?

Maybe you're craving more peace, the energy to be creative, or to be fully present with life - but your to-do list seems to get in the way

Here’s what we are talking about in this episode:

  • How to release yourself from the hyper-masculine mode of hustling and pushing & embrace a softer, easier pace of life
  • Why rest is one of the best ways to make the law of attraction work
  • How doing less, means you can actually attract more
  • Why your dreams can still unfold without your active participation 100% of the time
  • How to succeed while still feeling nourished and fulfilled

Let's move on from outdated programming of depletion and exhaustion and normalise feeling well-rested and nourished! In this episode, I'll share how you can.
