Episode Details

Luke 4:18 says, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”

Just as Jesus was sent to sow the strength and resources of God to those who lacked, we too are called to reveal the treasure of God's strength to those who have come to an end of themselves. We live in a world where people are hurting and need restoration. 

This scripture reminds us that we have a purpose to bring healing and comfort to the broken. Let’s be agents of His healing. Let's reach out to the brokenhearted with God's love, compassion, and understanding. Let's be ambassadors of the Lord’s incredible power.
