In this series, we get to hear from people who identify with each Enneagram number…these are some my friends who are sharing their personal experiences as the enneagram type they identify as, and in every episode, an Enneagram expert sits down with us as well to give us incredible insight on the three triads: the Gut Triad (which are 8s, 9,s and 1s), the Heart Triad (2s, 3s, and 4s) and the Head Triad (5s, 6s, and 7s).
