We all stuff our feelings but when you don't let your self heal from a trauma this pain evolves. It becomes part of you and the pain both emotional and/or physical manifest into something that can wreak havoc on your mind and body.

Use this technique to drop into your pain to hear it's story. Grow out of this cycle of self sabotage by tuning in and choosing to get into the flow of self healing.
