Description
Johnny Utah is a young FBI agent investigating a string of bank robberies who must go deep undercover in a gang of surfers to crack the case. Between the engaging life philosophies of the surfer-guru, Bodhi, and the fact that Johnny has fallen in love with surfer/waitress Tyler, Johnny might be too far into the deep end.
