The SCOTUS ruled that Trump had immunity in official acts as president. Trump's pending cases will be sent to lower courts where it will be determined exactly what his "official acts" were. This leaves Judge Merchan with all the pressure to sentence Trump. The same judge that didn't allow an expert witness to testify about campaign contributions and placed an unconstitutional gag-order over Trump. The lawfare from Democrats will continue and Merchan will be itching to create that mainstream media headline "convicted felon, sentenced to prison" even though Trump will ultimately win the case on appeal. Sherrod Brown and Bernie Moreno have a race right in Mehek's backyard of Ohio. Sherrod Brown has voted 99% in lockstep with Biden and is a career politician, just like Biden. Moreno is a Trump endorsed Ohio businessman committed to taking out Brown this election cycle. With inflation at 20% in Ohio and around the country, Bidenomics is failing us all. Despite one of the worst debate performances in history, those close to Biden (Jill and Hunter) will not let him drop out. They blamed everyone in their staff as well as CNN for Joe's dismal performance as Obama even called for Joe to step down.
