Tara received a B.S. in Psychology from Freed-Hardeman University and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University and is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
