In another solo episode, I answer a parent's question about their child not listening when riding outside near the road. This mum shared her fear and frustration over her son's habit of riding close to the road despite repeated warnings, in a message on my social media. Do you know why young children struggle to listen, and for that matter, is it even listening that is the problem? I share how to hold boundaries calmly yet firmly, and effective communication techniques, no matter your child's age. I also hone in on the struggle this parent had to keep calm and manage their emotions, to stop things from escalating.
