Description

When saying the phrase vahavieinu leshalom,

one first gathers together the two front tzitziyos;

to these are added the one from the back left corner

and then the one from the back right corner.

All four are then held between the ring finger and little finger of the left hand.

The tzitzis are kissed six times:

when reciting the words tzitzis, tzitzis, letzitzis, emes, kayemes, and laad.
