On this episode, Ben sits down with senior fellow at National Review Institute, former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and FOX News Contributor Andy McCarthy, to discuss his breakdown of what he believes the significance of the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago will be from a legal perspective. McCarthy breaks down where he believes the Department of Justice and the FBI may be going with investigations into former President Trump, and what sort of internal discussions may be going on inside those entities about whether to move forward with a case.  Plus, they break down whether the former president can run in 2024 even if he is indicted.
