Wheaton residents fight for a traffic signal to safely cross a dangerous road

Description
A road in west suburban Wheaton has seen dozens of car crashes with pedestrians and bicyclists over the past decade or so.
Many have resulted in severe injuries, including three deaths.
For years, residents of one apartment complex have been calling for the installation of a traffic signal to address the issue.
