An Erie County Court judge revoked an emergency demolition permit granted to Darryl Carr, owner of the properties at 110 and 118 South Park Avenue in Buffalo that caught fire last Tuesday. That decision was made hours before the fire broke out. We hear reaction from Carr and Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown.
