This week Trey revisits a conversation with Author, and Resident Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and Senior Fellow at the Independent Women's Forum, Naomi Schaefer Riley.

Naomi focuses on issues regarding child welfare, and they discuss her book, No Way to Treat a Child: How the Foster Care System, Family Courts, and Racial Activists Are Wrecking Young Lives. Naomi explains a child's need for a secure attachment and the understanding that if they have a need, an adult will be there for them to provide it. She also discusses race discrimination within foster homes and how that plays a part in the adoption process.
