In the mind of a narcissist, you are either all good or all bad. Once a narcissist finds displeasure in you, in some cases they will launch a smear campaign against you. It is difficult to remember that smear campaigns are about those lying, gossiping, and twisting the truth, and so I hope this episode helps you to handle the smear campaign with dignity and with grace.
