The first ever cohost on The First Gen Hunter Podcast was my buddy Brandon Martin of The Hunt Fish Life. Brandon and I have long dreamed about buying our own pieces of ground to manage for hunting opportunities, and Brandon has finally done it! He purchased a 40 acre piece of ground in his home state of Delaware where his family tree has been planted for over 400 years! Talk about being connected to a place! Brandon walked me through the search for a good hunting property, the finances for buying one, and the features he loves the most about his new place to hunt. It's a great conversation that makes a dream most of have feel more attainable.
