Hello Gorgeous!

In this episode of the Girlfriend’s Guide I get super vulnerable and talk about how not setting boundaries played a major role in my misery just a few years ago. In hindsight, I know that had I developed stronger roots and better boundaries sooner, I would have left  my last relationships way before the 6 year point, and I definitely would have enforced more seriously perimeters at work. I spent years being a door mat under the guise of being “nice” or “fighting for it,” when it reality, I just didn’t know how to speak up for myself. It is my hope that by sharing my journey, you can learn from my mistakes and either wake up from the nightmare you’re living, or avoid this kind of drama all together. I am so glad we live in a time and country where we can be anything we choose, if we just believe and take the steps to make a change.
