Trimester One with Fit For Service was the best program I’ve personally put together so far. We had 40 folks come with honesty and commitment. We went through cleanses, workout overhauls, working-in practices, optimized our diets and sleep. Then topped it all off with a gathering at the feet of Montana Mountains.
