A custody battle in New York has taken a strange turn. A State appellate court has ruled that the mother of a seven-year old biracial girl needs to remove a rock painted with a Confederate flag from her driveway by June 1 or she will risk losing custody of her daughter. That's right. According to the court, the rock is causing great harm to the child. Except no one except these stupid judges, not even the child, thinks that. No matter. The flag is now THE symbol of American evil and has to be stamped out, even on private property. This would be laughable if it wasn't true.
