On March 5, 2024, Bexar County Sheriff's deputies were called to Legacy Traditional School in San Antonio, Texas, after a child fell ill from drinking a mixture of lemon, salt, and vinegar. The drink, prepared by Jennifer, was intended to deter the bully from taking her son's drinks. Instead, it sent the bully to the hospital with headaches and nausea.
Jennifer was arrested and charged with injury to a child causing bodily injury. The case raises serious questions about parental responsibility and the appropriate way to handle bullying.
