Nearly a year after Rachel Morin was attacked and killed on a trail in Bel Air, Marlyand, authorities said they tracked down the man who committed the crime in Oklahoma. Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, is charged with rape and murder in Morin’s August 2023 death. Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said DNA cracked the case along with help from the FBI.
