Description
Robert Garcia submitted some amendments to help further along UAP disclosure. He added some changes to the Schumer-Rounds bill that was gutted last year. It was vast and had it gone through, it could have turned a lot of heads. To no ones surprise, it was turned down and has now become a partisian subject like everything else in the government.
