It’s been 9 months since I shut down my life coaching business (but about 12 months now since I made the decision to focus solely on helping other business owners grow theirs and although I’ll probably share more when we hit the 12 month mark or 100 episodes - you’ll notice that we’ve now changed the name of the podcast - so I wanted to drop in with a life and business update.

And in all honesty - has it been easy? No! It’s been pretty challenging to say the least (but so worth it).
