A Free Press poll found that 79% of Americans surveyed said they were concerned about the spread of "disinformation" online via social media platforms to deliberately confuse people with people of color being the most targeted as they used the platforms more as news sources, with 63% of Blacks surveyed saying they relied on Facebook for information and 65% saying they go to YouTube for news.
