Here we have a silver needle, spools of colorful threads, and a sturdy thimble to guide them thru cloth. All of these are needed to create intricate designs. And I wonder, are they so different from Us?  Us: an eternal needle of awareness, spools of colorful thoughts, words, actions, and a thimble strong enough to guide them thru the intricate design of our lives. What can we learn from the ages-old art of embroidery?
