Bite Size #121: Practical Uses of Mindfulness and Breathwork in the Australian Army and Air Force (Coaching Corner)

Published 1 year, 9 months ago
Description

In this Bite Size from episode #81 Andrew and Ange are joined by Sergeant Joe Munro and Captain Brenda Youse, participants from our social mastery program as they share some of the skills they learned and how they are able to use them in a very real and practical sense.

Joe talks about how he was able to use some of the breathing skills to deal with a screaming baby at all hours of the night and Brenda shares how she drew on many of the skills to be mindful and how that mindfulness has helped her centre herself in stressful times.
