I titled this episode Better Together because our interactions with one another can create something greater than ourselves. This is what drove me and another friend of mine to create a local spiritual meet-up that brought together a variety of like-minded people, each with a unique spiritual journey, story and gift. This recount serves as a reminder that we are not alone on our spiritual path; there are so many people who are going, or have gone, through a similar experience! We don't have to do this alone! 
At the end of the episode, I also share with you a relaxing grounding exercise that you are sure to enjoy.
