Yoga Anita interviews Kathleen Dale, a retired social worker. Stressed out from taking care of her sister, and working multiple jobs, Kathleen was rushed to the hospital. While she was being attended to in the ER, she left her body twice. Kathleen now uses her life experiences to conduct consultations and conversations about creative change, life enhancement, and conflict resolution or as she says, "How being dead taught me to really live".
