We have something new this week and its something we have wanted to do for a while. We have many medical professionals in our community so we wanted to sit down with one and answer some of our community questions from a doctors perspective and with their knowledge. We read a lot of studies but are not trained as medical professionals. So this is the first round of Q&A with a doctor who has been on this podcast as an athlete and has gone through our coaching course.
